Payment Options
We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, chashier's checks, and personal checks. Shipment can occur after the payment has cleared. We are required to charge sales tax on all California sales. Shipping arrangements will be made after payment in full is received. Please

Shipping
We Ship Monday through Wednesday, for a Tuesday through Thursday delivery using UPS Next Day Air. We require someone to be home to sign for delivery. Animals are carefully packaged in an insulated box with heat or cold packs as needed. Cost of shipping is $55 for up 4 animals. Orders of $500 dollars or more will be shipped free of charge. We will not ship during extreme weather conditions. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Guarantee
We will only ship you the healthiest of geckos! We want you to be completely satisfied. If there are any problems with your gecko you must contact us immediately, within one hour of delivery. We will need picture verification on any animals that do not arrive in good condition in order to receive credit. If we do not hear from within 2 hours of delivery we will assume that the animal has arrived and is healthy. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, please contact us if any concerns arise.
